This year Eddy Farm will be running a "Biggest Loser Program". Three adult represent a church. The contest is open to churches in NY, PA, NJ, and CT. Program Beginning Weigh-ins are May 1 to 4 and Ending Weigh-ins are November 6 to 9. The three contestants representing the church must complete a registration form and waiver. There are no fees for participating. This is a self supervised program. You pick your diet and exercise program. Prizes in the form of retreat credit for 2011 will be given to the top three churches. Goal Setting/ Financial Wisdom Workshops
Saturday, June 26 to Sunday, June 27
Arrive early on Saturday afternoon and enjoy the beautiful grounds and facilities. Saturday after dinner, our Founder, Anthony Wright, will present a "Goal Setting Workshop". You will learn how to set Spiritual, Family, Health, Career, and Financial Goals. On Sunday morning, he will offer "Finances According to God's Plan Workshop". Workshop topics include: "Myths about Finances", "The Right View of the Acquistion of Our Wealth", "The Right Use of Our Finances, Getting Out of Debt", and "Implementing a Financial Freedom Strategy". Your stay begins with Dinner on Saturday and concludes with Lunch on Sunday.
Men's Conference
Friday, August 6 to Sunday, August 8
Men will be built up and refreshed as they come together enjoying fellowship, speakers, workshops, and other fun-filled activities including Father/Son events, a 2 on 2 Basketball Tournament, and a Billiards Tournament. The theme for this years retreat is, "Men Building a Godly Legacy". Bishop Carlton T. Brown, Bethel Gospel Assembly, NY, NY will be the Evening Speaker. Our Worship Leader will be Pastor Robert Wilson, Trinity Baptist Church, Bayside, NY. Pastor Dennis Henderson, The Harlem Grace Tabernacle, New York, New York will be our Sunday Morning speaker. Other Presenters will include Wilton DeGraffe, Singles Ministry Leader, The Brooklyn Tabernacle, Brooklyn, New York, Pastor Allan Plummer, Bethel Gospel Tabernacle, Jamaica, New York, and Anthony Wright, Eddy Farm Founder Add Thursday Night to utilize the facilities and/or relax; you will receive Thursday night's stay at half price. On Friday, there will be an optional 18 Hole Scramble Golf Outing with an Awards Dinner for the experienced golfer.
